Aliens: Fireteam Elite 2 Achievements Guide

Thirty unlocks, no hidden list — how to 100 percent the fireteam without wasting repeats.

Achievements & Trophies

TrueAchievements posted the Xbox list on 18 August 2026: 30 achievements, 1,000 Gamerscore, none hidden. PlayStation trophies follow the same set even if the trophy list lagged a few days behind launch. This is easier than the first Fireteam Elite, which asked you to finish every campaign on Insane. Here you finish all campaigns on Casual or higher, then prove Intense, Extreme, and Insane on at least one mission each.

Patch 1 fixed two broken unlocks: Worst Party Ever (Boarding Party campaign) and Headhunter (headshots now count on synthetics). If you completed those before the patch, replay the requirement once.

Story names match the campaign walkthrough. Play on Casual if you only want the medal; play Standard if you still want to learn the rooms. You do not need Insane for the six story ticks.

Difficulty spikes

Separate achievements ask you to complete a mission on Intense, Extreme, and Insane — not the entire campaign on those tiers. That is the efficient path: learn a short, well-understood mission (Prologue or an early Rescue and Recovery drop) and farm the three spikes there once Insane is unlocked by finishing the campaign on any difficulty.

Pure Professionals (80G) is the nasty one: Intense or above, no friendly fire damage on anyone. Call shots, watch explosives after the Duelist Patch 1 buff, and consider leaving residual explosives off for this run. A four-human squad with voice is far easier than matchmade strangers.

Noble Soldier and related Extreme/Insane ticks are skill checks, not collection checks. Bring a Medic and a Marauder if the lobby allows it.

Kill totals are Horde work. Pathogen, synthetics, and automatons are not evenly mixed on every map — rotate campaigns if a type stalls. Headhunter is faster with Hunter weak points and any rifle you can ADS; Patch 1 made Synth heads count, which speeds the last stretch.

Efficient order

  1. Finish the six campaigns on Casual or Standard for the story set and Legionnaire medal.
  2. Unlock Insane, then farm one short mission for Intense, Extreme, and Insane ticks.
  3. Book a clean Intense run for Pure Professionals with a premade.
  4. Level one kit to 10 and one gun to four stars while you naturally play; do not idle-grind hats first.
  5. Unlock Specialist, then knock out five Specialist missions.
  6. Park in Horde for 10,000 Xenomorphs and the five-wave tick (Wave Goodbye is free if you can already hold early waves).
  7. Sweep cosmetics, attachments, and augments last — Overly Attached is the long tail.

Worthiness Tested only asks you to attempt a Challenge run. Failures count. Equip a mild card, start, and you are done.

  • Horde — where kill achievements actually finish.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common questions about Aliens: Fireteam Elite 2.

Are any achievements hidden?

No. The Xbox list is 30 unlocks with no secret tiles. If something does not pop, it is a bug or a missed condition — Patch 1 already repaired Worst Party Ever and Headhunter.

Do I need Insane on every campaign?

No. All campaigns on Casual or higher unlocks Legionnaire's Service Medal. Insane is a single-mission achievement after the campaign unlocks that tier.

Does Horde count toward kill achievements?

Yes, and it is the practical way to reach 10,000 Xenomorphs. Wave Goodbye only needs five waves survived.

Can I earn these solo?

Most of them. Pure Professionals is the exception in spirit: friendly fire is easier to avoid with voice and a plan. Companion bots can still catch stray explosives.

Is the PlayStation list different?

Trophy names match the Xbox set. Timing of the PSN publish lagged the Xbox list; the requirements did not change.
